One word from experience, do NOT fully tighten ANYTHING until the whole bed is together. This will save you tons of time when you have to go loosen parts when you cant get bolt holes lined up in the next step. Bolt hole alignment is typical for this sort of thing, and Im sure varies from one batch to the next.
