Great product by all standards I did not receive the full couch. I am missing the chaise, the covers for 3 pillows and the chaise. The arms to the couch are also missing. I only received three boxes.
UPDATE: I did receive the last box for the sofa. only provided one tracking number when there were in fact four. The sofa is nice and comfy. I am giving it 4 stars for the time being to see how it holds up and will review again in 6 months.
