PROS: I live in a small basement apartment with a very tight, winding staircase with a short overhead clearance at the entrance. This couch was the only thing seating more than one person (besides a futon) that I could get into my apartment space. The box it came in was too large to fit down my staircase or in my door, but the parts themselves could be carried down individually (and they are not heavy separately). The couch was easy to assemble by myself without too much effort. All parts fit where and how they were supposed to. The fabric behind the couch DOES stretch to cover the backside of the couch (one reviewer complains it doesnt, but that isnt true). For a couch that came in pieces, it looks pretty great and fits in well with my decor.
CON: In the month since Ive ordered it, the price of every size/color combo has fluctuated from 300/600 / sometimes on each spectrum within the same day. If this couch/loveseat is less than 400 when you go to order it, Id say go for it. If its more than that, the price WILL come down if youre patient.
Overall, if you can fit a regular (assembled) couch in your space, you could probably get more bang for your buck by going to a furniture store, trying couches out to see how comfy they are to you, and having something delivered from there. But if you need something that can fit into a tight area or cant easily get to a furniture store, this couch will definitely fit your couch needs.
