All pieces are efficiently packaged into one box. Assembly was extremely easy / just be sure to prepare the seat cushion covers before you open the vacuum/packed cushions so that you can immediately put them into place and zipper them up before they expand. We had no problems aligning the screws (as other reviewers mentioned they did). Customer service was polite and very responsive to our request to send a replacement for a chipped wooden leg.
Two matching pillows are included! The pillows themselves are worth alot / if you go to any dept. store youll see that sofa pillows are not cheap, and these were included for free with the price of the sofa which was already very low compared to the sofas even at Jennifers or IKEA.
We had looked for a small sofa in several stores and online as well. This is a perfect size for a smaller house. Its not bulky like most of the sofas which the big furniture stores carry, and the low price and free shipping made the purchase very affordable.
