This is firm sofa set. All the seats have storage. The only thing worries me is back is not strong. You cannot lean on it.And support from the seller is awsome.one sofa has a hole and I asked for the new ottoman and they gave us. This will be good fit for sophisticated homes. I have rowdy teenager so not very good. But overall very beautiful sofa. Great. Very good. Recommended.
