The packaging is not good at all and i was a little suspect when i seen them sitting on my front porch. One chair was damaged and it took a little work but was eventually replaced. The overall comfort of this chair is below average no cushion in the seat of the chair. You can definitely get a better chair for less money. Its not as sturdy as I would have like.
