Have used it at two different zoos and cruise all over Frankenmuth and had no issues with inclines or bumpy areas. The only thing that is negative is that while outside in Frankenmuth the battery gauge went down to about 2/3 and the unit died on me. Th gauge is very inaccurate and cant be used to judge how much juice you have left.
UPDATE The scooter was fine until you need some help. Battery is not charging and this thing has been used only 6 times. Customer service is terrible. You call the number and it just tells you to email them or chat online, will not let you talk with a person. So I chatted online, the person gave me a link to a webpage and then I asked another question and she never answered, then she was gone. I noticed on the clock it was 5pm so it was quitting time and she just left me without answering my questions
