Nice, compact little freedom saver. Took scooter to local casino first time out. Easy to pack in car, easy to put together and easy to use. Once we realized that the battery must be tightened into place because any bump it would shut off and to unlock front wheels for a wider turning arc, Other than that it works like a charm. Works well on all surfaces and gives a person freedom to move about without help.
