Arrived as advertised in mint condition. Box was on the front porch when I got home from work on 23 Dec 2015. It took about 15 minutes to assemble. Assembly directions were clear and concise but not needed. Its really simple to put together. I charged the battery over night and had it ready for my wife the next day. She loved it the minutes she laid eyes on it. We decided to use an outing to Lowes as our field test. Broke the scooter down in about 45 seconds and put it in the back seat of the truck. Got to Lowes put it together in about 30 seconds and off we went. This thing is quite and fast. My wife has Lupus and can get tired fairly quickly. This Scooter will allow her to become mobile once again.
About the Scooter, we are extremely pleased with the Scooter. Havent had any problems with it at all.
