i had modified the desk i had to accomplish what this one does out of the box. Need open back to get comfortable to stretch my legs while spending hours working. Need plenty of desktop space to keep all my notes and references. The desk drawer is plenty adequate to hold pencils and note pads and spare glasses. The design is much more stable than i expected to be honest. This i do believe was the easiest assembly i have ever done on a desk,and i have done a lot of them. i would highly recommend it. Best for price.
