We purchased this item to use in our back door entry way. When I received the product it had several quality issues, but since I needed it to finish a remodeling job, I repaired it and wrote a bad review as well as contacting the seller. The seller was very responsive with me and they offered a very reasonable solution. I am now satisfied with this purchase. The Buffet is actually well built better than I expected for the price. They used real wood and proper construction methods. I understand sometimes quality issues slip past quality control but its how customer service and the company responds to it that makes a different. I would recommend this company and product. Love this product. No issues.
