If your buying this simply to run then this will work well for you. Im 6 220 lbs and it holds my weight fine and the belt width doesnt make me feel as if I would fall off the side. It has a built in speaker but it is crap. Low total volume and not good sound. It is not to heavy when moving around. Only wish the bolt that holds it in the up right folded position was tighter because it would allow to fit in a smaller space(too much play).
