I purchased the beige bed, it was supposed to arrive in like 7/9 days and to my surprise it arrived in 4 days. The headboard has a very nice texture, but I had an issue with the platform, which wasnt manufactured correctly. I contacted the customer service and they immediately replaced the whole bed. It was nice I didnt have to figure out how to pack up everything and ship it back, I was able to just dump it. The replacement came in a perfect condition. Considering the low cost, its an awesome product. I wish it was a bit higher, but thats just my personal preference. I would definitely not recommend going with a mattress thats smaller than 12 inches, just because of the low height. Overall its a nice product, Im happy with it, but Im really happy with the outstanding customer service.
