this couch is cute - but not very sturdy. The back cushions are removable, but the seat base is one solid piece and firm. My partner thinks it’s too firm, but I don’t mind it; nor do the dogs. Like another reviewer said, the back will slide out if you try to lift it. The assembly was a pain - but doable on my own. I wish the hardware were more sturdy. (Maybe adding screws for the back piece to stop it from sliding out when moved) I also think a second leg in the middle would help the sturdiness.
The fabric is nice! Not the fake plastic feeling like most faux leathers. It’s almost like a suede/microfiber hybrid. We shall see how long this couch lasts!
