I dont know why anyone would wrote a poor review for this couch (unless damaged). Assembly is easy, its stiff but needs breaking in. It is small but not too small for a large living room. I am 57 and can lie on it. Its practical. At 400, Id be thrilled to have it last five years (tho I think it will last longer). I can afford 80/yr for this great couch. Looks nice and sturdy.
