Great overall but bad policy by manufacturer could have made this a nightmare.
Well, for the money this thing is great. Super duper easy to assemble, no tools necessary, they provide you with a ratchet that works for any screws. It is a little low so we ended up with a box spring anyway. That made the bed a little too high, but we preferred that to too low. Overall very good. However there is some bad
Everything was going great with assembly until I realized there was one single board missing which I needed. I called and they said that they didnt keep parts and I would have to call the manufacturer (which does make sense). I called and they said that because I ordered through , they couldnt send me the missing piece and that I would have to go through to return it. Well rather than pulling everything apart and reboxing the over 90lb box, I grabbed a board I had in my garage and drilled it to make it work. Its a support board and not visible once the mattresses are on it.
I made it work and the frame is sturdy but cmon , just send the one lousy board! Imagine if I would have reboxed it, returned it, got a new package that also was missing a piece. Bad policy in my opinion. I like it.
