Overall this is a great bunkbed.
My hand put it together by himself within 3 1/2 hours.
That is with our children interrupting him and him having to stop a couple times with our 3 year old taking parts out of the room. LOL
The bed is very comfortable we had no issues with our kids hitting their head in the bottom bunk area as others have described.
Great buy for the money. I am impressed!
