When I received this frame the parts were all there but the center connect tube was bent in the middle. I contacted Ambee and they sent a replacement very quickly. Im no spring chicken any longer but this frame was a breeze for me to assemble by myself. It is solid and looks good too! There is ample room for storage underneath as well. Very well worth the price! cant praise it enough!
