First, let me tell you what your not getting. You are not getting a 3,500 furniture set delivered to you door and installed by your local high end furniture store. Now what you are getting is a solid piece of furniture, sofa, love seat and chair for under 900. It is comfortable to sit in and looks very nice. It isnt the squishy, sinking into type of couch or other pieces. It also isnt a lets all bounce on the furniture type. If its jumped on or flopped on or abused by anyone it will break. The foot pieces are made of plastic, but again / did you expect solid wood. All pieces were very easy to assemble and each comes completely contained it its own box. The bottom of each unit has a velcro storage area where they place some of the cushions for shipping. So, if you are attempting to install these pieces by yourself, it is doable as you can separate the pieces and bring them individually into your home. Overall, very good pieces of furniture for the price paid.
