I read the comments and was afraid at first to make such a purchase online. I shut out all those voices and just went for it. Best purchase ever!!! I have a purple mattress and that thing is sooo heavy it was hard for me to make the bed, that is why I was looking for a platform bed like this one. Aming! I can finally make the bed because I can actually reach the mattress. No squeaking whatsoever! With our old boxspring, sleeping was a challenge. If either of us turned over both of us woke up from the squeaking of the springs. So glad to have this bed and finally a good nights rest. Absolutely worth every penny!
