I had some issue with the delivery. Parts of my order was damaged and the box was ruined. Its not this companys fault for how FEDEX treats packages, however, I contacted this company about it. They are replacing my bar stools for the inconvenience. I didnt expect that at all, I didnt expect them to do anything, but they went above and beyond for me. That right there is excellent customer service!
The product was very easy to assemble, and theyre extremely sturdy. Great product.
