These stools are very nice and are a crowd pleaser. Everyone that walks in compliments the stools! I did have one of the stools lose a ball barring or something because the stool started spinning very hard, almost to the point of not spinning 360. I emailed and they swapped the stool out for a new one. The new stool came in 36 hours. Unbelievable customer service! The assembly isn't awful, but takes time to get all the nuts and bolts tightened. the pieces aren't light either so having a couple people assemble is much better.
