Tested out in the backyard last night. It didnt rain I dont know if theres an updated version, but the rain slip definitely has a lip that goes over the porch... Thinking will stay fairly dry! Also can definitely fit 2 queen air mattresses in there. We had one and could easily fit another. Put it up by myself -no trouble. Can speak of durability, but came with 1 yr warranty.
