The 8 man is really big, I am replacing a 6 man tent from another brand I have had for about 10 years that finally fell apart. I thought the 8 man would just be a little bigger but its substantially larger. I Just set it up tore it down and re-set it up to get an Idea of what I am dealing with and it was easy to set up it took me about 15 minutes the second time. The rain fly is the most difficult part but I think I just figured out the trick to it for this tent. I am really happy with the purchase so far, I particularly like the vestibule. its not really for storage bat a nice shaded screened area to hang out in. I cant wait to go camping!
