Okay, first off Id like to say that my rating on the actual bed frame is a 4.5 stars, while the shipping of the product gets a 1 star. So I suppose that averages out to around 3 stars overall.
So I placed my original order for this frame on 7/20, the tracking info never worked so I decided to cut them some slack and did not bother calling regarding the situation until 10 days later (its supposed to ship in 5/7 days). So unfortunately they informed my that my package was lost en route that they could order me a replacement. Of course that meant more waiting Long story short 1 month and 2 replacement shipments later I finally received the frame I paid for. The shipping on this item was such a nightmare to deal with DEFINTELY makes me think twice when ordering something online.
I read all the reviews that claimed that this frame was difficult to assemble, so I was prepared for the worse. But to my surprise this frame was quite easy to assemble, with clear instructions and all the holes fitting perfectly (many reviews claimed that the holes were not drilled perfectly in line). My boyfriend and I were able to assemble this bed in 2 hrs flat, without power tools ( we arent super buff or anything). I must admit the moulding along the edges of the bed were the most difficult part of putting this frame together (thus the negative .5 star). You need to screw the screws upward which gives you very little space since you are on the floor while doing so. The designers of this frame really should have found another way to do this Nonetheless I am very happy with this product and it is a VERY manageable job between two people. We barely broke a sweat, until it came to the moulding which took us that last hour to complete. The frame looks great and seems well worth the price!
