The sellers have been exceptional at fixing my issue of a broken slat. They have offered me partial refund which I will use for another bed because the beds are great we just had a mishap that wasnt the sellers fault but again they have been accommodating. My daughter loves this and it really fits a Montessori theme. Cant wait to get a new one for my son.
