I had a horrendous experience trying to get the order delivered. Many deliver dates changed, order not delivered. Continued follow up, one of two cartons lost, needed to reorder. All of this was due to the size of the headboard box. The furniture itself seems to be good quality for the price. Operates as designed. It will take a few hours for two people to assemble. Experience = 1 Star. Product = 4 stars.
