This product was exactly as advertised. It is cleverly packaged and can be assembled by one person in about an hour with no tools. It appears well made. The padding is plentiful, but is initially a little firmer than Im used to, but not really an issue. Shipping took only 3 days by an LTL common carrier, not .but arrived without a warning phone call or email. Two boxes easily loaded into front door, but you wouldnt really want this carrier to leave his on your front stoop. In all though, this purchase has been a success.
