The back of the chairs (I bought 2) kept falling, so you cant sit upright or in a reclining position. The only way to temporary fix is to apply duct tape to the frame where back rest attaches. (see photo) Contacted the supplier Broadout Customer Service Team and they are aware of this issue but still selling this product. They offered us ten dollars in compensation that would not even pay for the roll of duct tape. We love the looks of the chair but very disappointed in the functionality and response from the Broadout Customer Service Team.
