We originally received 2 that were perfect and 2 that had defective front legs... one side was an inch shorter. We contacted the company and they wanted a picture... I didn't know how to upload one. I then contacted an employee, who got involved and we received 2 perfect legs, in rather short order. We are very happy with the 4 chaise lounges we now have.
