Looks and works great! I read other reviews about a knocking noise and water pressure so I tested it out before tiling and did not have these problems. On the install I found that the dog/ear for the shower arm and the wand had to be at different depths. In particular, the shower arm had to stick out further from the wall. I wasnt able to find a dog/ear that allowed me to achieve the right depth, so I added a coupler/extension and mounted the dog/ear deeper in the wall. But, I wasnt happy with this approach as I feared that the coupler could loosen if I ever removed the shower arm and Id end up with a leak behind the wall/tile that I wouldnt find until it became a problem. I contacted support and they responded right away with a solution that worked; I just made the opening in the tile slightly larger so that the shower arm would seat properly and I could tighten the set screws.
