I installed the shower head 4 months ago. Water from the shower head will suddenly come out and sound like the shower is on. This can happen at 2am. The company sent me a new cartridge but it didnt seem to fix the situation. I emailed them about exchanging the product but never heard back.
It is faulty and drips randomly.
