I would like to give this bed a 5/5 stars but I cant because one board came with a huge gash on it right on the front... I have contacted customer service which made me take pictures, find numbers and prove that I purchased this item brand new, ( ordinarily would be fine) however I jumped through all of their hoops and have never heard back from them about getting a replacement board. I expect to have this bed for years to come and I am incredibly upset that it has a gash in it. They say they offer free product replacement parts instead of returning the whole bed, honestly I wish we would have taken it apart and returned it and reordered. The bed itself is very nice and my daughters love it! I will update if they respond back and replace the board.
