I was so disappointed to open the box and find that the headboard was damaged in multiple places. I was even more disappointed to learn that and were unwilling to replace just the headboard. The only option was to return the entire bed! I had to enlist the help of two friends to carry the box up three flights of stairs to my apartment. There is absolutely no way that I can repack this thing! Super disappointed that my brand new bed looks like something I rescued off the street! Thanks
