The futon arrived and it looked great. For the first few months it was good. I purchased in June 2021 and by October the springs where I sit were gone. It felt like a hole. Then just the other day (February 2022) the bottom right broke and now I cant use that half of the futon. It is now my dogs bed because the other half is fine but sine I am in an RV I cant see the TV from that part of the couch.
