Assembly directions are mysterious. Warped/missing parts.
Headboard came warped. Numbering/lettering system for assembly makes it seem like sometimes a part is a letter and hardware is a number. Youd think it would be easy to match up - but its kind of ambiguous sometimes. One small box that indicates it is full of the hardware - and it is. But there is a second identical box labeled the same way but is empty. Wasted a lot of time trying to figure out if parts were missing because of this. Tried to get a replacement through customer service. They wanted a bunch of pictures and the invoice and responses. They were kind but it was not a smooth process. Finally, they told me they were out of stock! They suggested I go through . Huh? So I did, and had it in stock (!) and immediately arranged for a pickup and replacement. I gave 3 stars because the product is sturdy and looks exactly like what I expected.
