First we received the wrong item, they took care of it though and resent the correct one. We started putting together and one of the pieces has a hairline split in the wood, we haven't reached out yet to see if they will replace the piece but plan to shortly.
Overall we like the bed and my 3 year has done great with this bed as her first big girl bed. I would recommend the bed and look forward to her having sleepovers with cousins in the trundle!
