Honestly pleased with this bed. Bought this bed for my daughters and they absolutely love it. I received notifications the whole time about when it would come. It was easy to track. I opted for the option for the delivery drivers to leave it in my front hallway but they were kind enough to take it all the way upstairs into my house for me. It took over an hour to put it together but it was very easy. The instructions were easy to read and all the pieces and tools were there and none of the parts were damaged. My thirteen year old daughter and I were on opposite ends of the bed standing on the ladder part and it held us both just fine. The height of it is perfect to where one of my daughters will have enough room at the top from the ceiling. We put a queen sized mattress on the bottom. It will not fit the horizontal way which is fine because we like it the other way. Definitely would recommend this.
