Failed on first use / but customer service to the rescue!

I am modifying my initial rating based on their great customer service and replacement of the product. I hope the replacement will last. I will see after they send me a replacement. In any case, I am impressed by the way they attended to my issue and after getting the needed information, shipped a replacement. Thank you.

While this product seemed well constructed, it turns out that one of the two knob mounts that secures the main post was welded out of alignment. This prevented it from contacting the post. On first use, a very light breeze blew and the umbrella spun and twisted. Inspecting it revealed a broken canopy pole. I would like to replace the defective and broken parts, but it seems my only option is to return the entire unit for a refund. In order to return it, I have to pay to ship it from the US to China!! Not real happy on this one.
