This was for my daughter and I had her put it together so that I could see how easy it was to assemble. The following is what she had to say about it. Note that a completed novice had it together in an hour! Firstly, I was pleasantly surprised when I opened up the box to find the pieces of the bed frame so well organized. I sometimes get overwhelmed when trying to put things together because the pieces just don't make any sense, but most of the pieces in this frame were well organized. You could look at the pieces and almost guess where they went together, for the most part. The instructions were mostly clear and easy to follow; however, it was a little difficult to understand which way to face a few pieces, so that did make putting it together take a little longer. The box came with everything you need to put it together, which is always nice to have the proper tools to do so. I'm a novice to putting things together, and I would say it took me about an hour to assemble, which is good timing for me. All the parts fit really well together, all except for the last few pieces at the bottom which I figured out. As for the support, this bed frame has amazing support. My bed is completely flat and there is no piece that is hanging through the bars (which happened with my old bed frame). Not only that, but it's super chic and modern, and I really like it. Overall, while the instructions could have been a little clearer, I would recommend this bed frame.
