I have a similar solid wood platform bed I bought two years ago on . When it came time to replace a bed in another room, I added another of the same brand to my cart. Until I noticed this was $100 cheaper. Coincidently, when I added the to the cart, the other bed price dropped $100. Hmmmm..
I ordered the anyway and its a much better product. Assembly is a breeze, packaging is EXCELLENT (styrofoam cushioning is thoughtfully wrapped in cellophane, so doesnt shed all over your room when you unpackage), intentionally included spare hardware!, sturdy and better designed. And it looks great. I wouldnt hesitate to go with this one.
