Im really happy with this bed frame, it looks beautiful, the wood is of very good quality, and assembly was straightforward and easy to do alone. They even include a little ratchet wrench instead of those awful ikea/style allen wrenches. The bed looks great, is super sturdy, and completely silent. This bed raises your mattress 12 off the ground, there is 8 clearance under the outside rim of the frame, but if you lift up the bed, you can stick something about 10 tall underneath. Totally worth the money.
