I was a little wary buying such a cheap flat/pack pine bed frame, but after reading so many positive reviews I bit the bullet. Assembly was very easy and I was able to put the entire frame together without assistance. Id say I took a total of 20 minutes, but Im certain assembly would be even faster with another person.
Since the bed frame is pine, its very light and easy to move. I have experienced no shifting on my laminate floors, but if you are worried about that, its very easy to stick some non/slip pads on the legs of the frame. The bedframe is silent and does not move or buckle in the slightest. Overall Im very pleased!
