    ..needed help moving it is heavy...but worth it.

    i put it together by myself, easy instructions, easy assemply...caution though center foot under the bed needs to be brought in more...i keep hitting my toes when i make the bed...but overall it is a outstanding sleep, comfortable, no back or neck pain..i love it
