Super easy to assemble. I did it myself in maybe a little over a half hour. Its just like pictured, pretty, sturdy, and solid. Two comments: the middle posts on the outside (#3) are VERY SHARP and stick out enough that its super easy to stub your toes on them. I had to buy the baby edge bumper stuff and apply it because I sliced my toe open last time I stubbed it (3 times in a week). They need to round those edges, and I wouldnt buy it again because of that. But otherwise, its a great value for the money.
