We ordered this bed for my grandmother two years ago and its still going strong. She used it every day for over a year and we just ordered another one because in between her using it, everybody would hang out on it to talk to her. Everyone wants their own. I cant say anything about the mattress because we got a different one, but for the price youre paying, this bed does everything you need it to do and is sturdy. Its easy to put in place even upstairs because its compact compared to regular boxsprings and frames.
