This is the 3rd bed that I have purchased. I have never had to call their customer service for anything but I received the new bed this week and saw the lovely card that was included with the material for the bed stating that if you have a question please contact them at this number for the quickest service. So I called to compliment the bed and mention that it was the 3rd one that I had purchased and to ask if I could order a new remote for the first bed that I purchased because it had been dropped and cracked. I was told that they do not sell replacement remotes/parts and could not tell me where to get one other than suggesting eBay. Maybe the guy was just having a bad day.
