I bought two of these beds and one bed and remote is great with zero issues. The second bed came with a faulty remote that keeps disconnecting from the bed and about two months ago it completely stopped working all together. The bed is useless without the remote by the way. Now that the remote completely stopped working Ive been trying to get a replacement from the manufacturer who agreed to send me a new remote weeks ago which still hasnt arrived. The Mfg. takes days at a time to respond to e/mails. Not great customer service at the Mfg.
