Frame worked fine for almost a year. Adjustments were no issue, vibrate worked well, then suddenly it just quit. Tried putting new batteries into the remote and unplugging the bed to no avail. It seems like the remote and control box are just unable to communicate with one another all of a sudden.
Just sent an email to customer service requesting a warranty on it so we will see how that goes. I have seen decent reviews regarding customer service so heres to hoping.
