Update: I received the replacement part and was able to get the bed working properly. Unfortunately, the mattress I have may be too think for the bed frame. When I adjust it, the mattress does not fold with the bed, so some positions just do not work. I have a 14 memory foam mattress. If there is a limit to how thick a mattress can be before it does not bend with the frame, it should be included with the product description.
Original: I was very excited to purchase an adjustable bed. After having it for about a month, I was finally able to get it set up (not easy for a 51 120lb person to do alone).
IT DOESNT WORK!!! The remote seems to work since it lights up. When I plug the bed up, I see the power light come on. I tried syncing the remote (which was poorly thought out), but never heard a beep. I started to look around to see if there is any obvious damage and the wire for the control box is damaged in two separate spots (see pictures). As of right now, the bed frame is literally just that and not even close to what I paid for it. I guess Ill have to contact their customer service to see what can be done.
Eh. Maybe not worth so much money.
